Maybe We Can Have Our Cake and Eat It Too

National Geographic is reporting about “Nanofoods” that may be just over the horizon. Nanofoods could be a nutritional break through in that they allow for us to have the flavor of the foods (isn’t that what we are after when we eat) without as many calories.
